The RISC Model: Shared Vision
Contents |
Overview
A common goal, with focus areas created by involving all stakeholders that neglects the concerns and interests of everyone.
A Shared Vision is critical to the Re-Inventing School Coalition Model. Your school family: staff, students, parents, board members, community members, and business partners are important in this model. These partners are the school's stakeholders. They can become the school's backbone. Their support is needed and should be sought for they are important to the success of the students. They can help determine the direction the school needs to take to move forward. Spend time examining the school's present performance, stakeholder's goals for success, and finally their direction for the future. There is always room for improvement.
