The RISC Model: Continuous Improvement

Contents

Overview

Consistent evaluation and refinement of organizational practices to sustain a culture of excellence and growth.

Continuous Improvement is a process that can be used in everyday life and in the workplace. This process is used to get better at things you do. It typically involves four stages. The names of these stages often vary, but generally it is a simple process of planning an action, carrying out the plan, seeing how successful the plan is, and finding ways to make it better.
