The Institute is designed to increase understanding of student-centered performance systems through whole group sessions and a choice of simultaneous breakout sessions. A key aspect to the event is applying your background and new knowledge during team time where you and your colleagues will process and plan next steps to realize a system where time is the variable and learning is the constant. Team time will make up approximately 35% of your participation. During team time you will have your own team room and be assigned a personal ‘guide' who will be there for you as a resource and facilitator where needed.
